Happy Friday everyone! It's Spring and it seems a lot of us have been suffering through some non-Spring weather this week.
I wanted to share this beverage with you in hopes it would make you feel like you're on a tropical island.
The beauty of this drink that we named the Tennessee Tango is you can leave out the vodka and install enjoy the great tropical flavors!
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, add 1 ounce vanilla vodka, then fill the glass with banana nectar, add a splash of cherry juice for a little color and garnish with pineapple chunks and a cherry and enjoy!
Have a great weekend!
The drink looks good and refreshing. My husband has been sick this past week with a head cold and my son has been having his allergies bothering him big time. I am ready for some nice warm weather to just stay with us already...Have a great weekend too!!!
ReplyDeleteI will take the "Tennessee Tango" with the vodka, please.... I love learning about to cocktails that I can serve at the beginning of a dinner party. AND... I already need a tall one of these because it has already been one of those "miss" days with my 17 year old son!! TEENAGERS!! Thanks for sharing and really awesome photos.
ReplyDeleteThat's a fun drink and I'm glad to leave out the vodka. Although chasing a 2 and 4 year old all day 24/7 for the next 4 days of spring break at the beach, I may need to start drinking. 4 year old peed the bed last night and got in the bed with us at 4:00am and 2 year old got up this morning at 5:30 am, it's going to be a long day :)
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!
